Welcome Ball Players to the 2018 T-Ball Season!
This year your coaches are "Coach Chris" Dobbelaar and J.C "Coach Kerwin" and your team convenor is Elaine Kerwin.
The T-ball schedule will run from Saturday, June 2nd to Saturday, July 28th. There will be no T-ball on Saturday, June 30th (Canada Day Weekend). T-ball will start at 10:30 to 11:30AM and will be on the back diamond at McDonald Park. The schedule is online, any changes will be made online (please use this as your main schedule).
This season your child will be learning the fundamentals of baseball including:
-hitting off a tee
-throwing
-catching
-fielding baseballs
-running to bases
-field positions
The players that have registered will be given shirts on the first day of T-ball (June 2nd). There are many shirts that were left over from last season that have been given to us so we will try our best to accommodate your child’s size. If you have not already been in touch, Elaine will get a hold of you to get shirt sizes (youth sizes) for each player.
Please make sure your child comes to T-ball with water, a hat, a glove, sunscreen, running shoes and their team shirt.
Please note: There are around 30 players this year and so parent help will be needed to assist the coaches and/or be coaches. If this is something you can commit to for the season, email Elaine Kerwin.
