PORT LAMBTON SNOWBALL IS BACK!
Submitted By Jeremy VanRuymbeke on Sunday, February 4, 2018
Port Lambton Snowball is BACK in 2018 and will take place Feb 17th at MacDonald Park as well events and registration at the community hall.  Click for more info!

First games starting at 8am and finals taking place at 4pm. Registration will begin at 7am at the community hall. Bar and kitchen will be open. Only thing taking place at the park is the ball games themselves. Our Port Lambton O.B.A baseball teams will be running the bar to raise funds for the upcoming season like extra tournament fees, extra equipment etc. The kitchen will be run by PLAA and proceeds from there will be going to community events throughout the year. The Kitchen opens at 9am and will be serving pea meal on a bun and chili dogs throughout the day.The registration table will be run by Jen VanRuymbeke and the Twisted Nook Slo pitch team who won provincial championship in Niagara falls and are looking to raise funds for associated costs with attending  the SPN Nationals in St.John NFLD August 2-6 , 2018. Lastly but not least we are asking everyone to bring a non perishable item or perishable to donate to the food drive that day for a local family in need. The donations will be getting delivered to the local family that night.

So many great ways to donate and help our local teams and organizations all in one day. We ask everyone support our efforts at the community hall throughout the day in-between and after games.
