Port Lambton Tree Trimming Ornament Contest 2020
Submitted By Kaylen Burgess on Monday, December 7, 2020
This year unfortunately we will not be able to do our annual  Annual Port Lambton Athletic Association Tree Trimming. We will miss being able to meet at the Hall, all walk together and hang up ornaments and then back to the Hall for Hot Chocolate, treats and a little dancing.

The PLAA has been trying to figure out how we can try to continue with this tradition and comply with the New Rules and Regulations regarding COVID. We have come up with an idea and we would love all of our Community to take part.

The lights have been put up and we are inviting all families to have their children make and decorate their own ornament for our tree (across the street from Shaykin Bait Variety).

We will have a contest and pick winners- The top 2 winners will each receive a $25.00 Gift Card to Shaykin Bait and the next 10 winners will each receive a $10.00 Shaykin Bait Gift Card.

Before hanging up your ornament take a picture and tag “ Wendy Mary” on Facebook.  Once you have done this please at your own time and Remember to Follow “Social Distancing Rules” hang up your ornament on the tree.

Let’s fill our tree, and make it beautiful with the imagination of our Children in our Wonderful Community. The last day for entries will be December 20th.

Good luck to all and can’t wait to see the beauty, Merry Christmas from all of us!
