UPDATE Team Meeting - Friday May 5
We
will be having a team meeting this Friday May 5th. This meeting will
take place at 8:00 pm following practice unless it rains. If it rains or
practice is cancelled due to wet conditions the meeting will take place at
6:30 pm under the pavilion. Please ensure your child and at least one parent or
guardian is in attendance.
Shirley Johnston will be at the park at 6:30 pm. She will be handing out the uniforms and the following
is required.
Registration cheque for PLAA
– Cost is $75.00 if you haven’t already paid.

posted dated cheque for $75.00. This cheque will be a deposit for your uniform and it will be returned at the end of the season when you return
your uniform to PLAA.

- Bill Bunda will go over team
rules and expectations.
- Player signing for OBA
roster
- Team Budget – list of
additional team fees. These costs must be paid by May 30th.
- Tournaments / Hotel
Bookings.
- Order forms for hats,
additional warm up gear (t-shirt and shorts) etc.
- Game Changer, score keeping
& pitch count volunteers.
- Fundraising volunteers and
ideas.
